I am a career writer and editor.
I am currently working on my second nonfiction book, Heartbreak, under the auspices of an MFA in creative nonfiction from the University of King’s College.
My first book, The Fleeting Years, was published by Signature in 2004. I have also ghostwritten many others.
A magazine journalist, I have written a great many articles for a great many publications over the years, including Canadian Living, Toronto Life, Maclean’s and Chatelaine. I write about culture, business, foodservice and hospitality.
I am also a longtime book editor who works with authors from inception to completion of their book projects.
Creation, curation, clean-up.
Write, review, refine.
Paint, prune, perfect.
That’s what I do.
Everything is a story, after all.
